WHISK is the realization of a dream for chefs, owners and brothers Rick and David Rodriguez. The team has been cooking for many years before WHISK opened its doors in 2014 and it’s operated as a family based mindset.
Today the Rodriguez brothers are proud to bring their flavor-packed concept and menu to Chicago’s Ukrainian Village neighborhood.
Classic America comfort food with splash of Mexican roots and no filter is the best way to describe a plate here at WHISK. The brothers are willing to do whatever it takes to make your dining experience one to remember (in a good way).
